Bilingual HR Generalist Manufacturing

OPPORTUNITY for Bilingual HR Specialist to join a leading government and private aerospace parts manufacturer located in North San Diego County.

Duties:

Provide solutions for complex HR issues

Ensure Federal and State Compliance

Manage full cycle recruitment

Onboarding/Offboarding

Employment verifications

Participate in Safety Committee

Experience:

BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent combination of work experience, education and training

3 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing setting

Bilingual Spanish required

Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Ideally ADP Vantage)

Experience working in ERP systems

Assist with Benefits Administration
