Leasing Agent

We are looking for part time and full leasing agents to join our fast growing residential property management startup! This position is perfect for someone who wants to work flexible hours, likes driving around throughout the day to different neighborhoods, enjoys working with people, and wants to accelerate their real estate career.

Most of our properties are single family homes and condos, with some small apartment complexes as well. We are growing QUICKLY and need agents who are are hungry and looking to earn as much money as possible on their own time by filling our vacancieswe have a lot of them and many more in the pipeline!

You will learn a ton about real estate investing and rental properties, work with great people, and make a ton of money. If you are a self starter and can manage your own time and schedule, this is the perfect role for you.

If you are new to real estate and are looking for a platform to launch you real estate career, feel you have the skills to be successful in sales/real estate, and are willing to work hard and put in the time, this is a golden opportunity for you.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Onboarding new properties and clients into our system (Buildium)

-Meeting with new clients to ensure a smooth transition during onboarding

-Preparing properties for market (taking photos, writing the marketing description, etc)

-Performing inspections and determining what repairs/upgrades should be done to maximize rental value

-Gathering quotes from, scheduling and managing contractors to ensure the property is prepared for tenant move-in

-Drafting and sending custom lease agreements and collecting signatures from all parties

-Performing move-in and move-out inspections

-Scheduling viewings and showing property to prospective tenants

-Conducting walk throughs and making sure tenants have everything they need to ensure a smooth move-in

-Communicating with both owners and tenants to ensure both parties are updated and satisfied with our service

Requirements:

-CA real estate license (or willingness to obtain)

-Must have a reliable vehicle and be comfortable driving 50-200 miles per week (depending on how much work you want)

-Must have a reliable laptop/computer available for work use

Compensation:

-$22 per hour

-$500 per lease signed (we have a lot available for you!)

-Gas reimbursement
