We're growing at Manolito and are looking for another experienced line cook. No kitchen managers, no micromanagement. We just need someone who can execute a static menu and do a little inventory. Please do not apply if you don't have a few years of hot line experience. (Saute/Fryer).

The schedule we are looking to fill is Wednesday through Saturday. Shifts are about 10 hours. This gives you a full work week and three consecutive days off per week. We don't make cuts, so hours are guaranteed. We do not keep the kitchen open after 10pm, so the schedule depending on prep is 1/2pm-11pm.

Manolito pays for health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana. We cover 100% of your health insurance. We also have Vision and Dental plans that cost employees about $40/month.
