Social Media Manager for New Age Content Creator (Jamaica Plain)

I am looking to hire a social media/YouTube manager who is tech-savvy, systems-oriented, and highly organized with an interest in New Age spirituality.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing all social media accounts (especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, & Facebook).

Recording and editing video content to be posted across the various social media platforms.

Recording long-form content for YouTube.

Assist with streaming set-up and provide technical support while streaming.

Edit long-form YouTube content.

About You:

I'm looking for someone who is vibrant, excited to be a part of a team, and enthusiastic about creating high-quality New Age content. I need someone who is willing to research what my competitors are doing in this industry so that we can produce content that matches their production quality and exceeds it. You have to be ready to hit the ground running and work within a production schedule that can produce high-quality content on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

Be a fast learner.

Have a high-resolution camera that works well for video content.

Have a background in video production and editing for YouTube and social media.

Be able to learn about new programs that can increase the quality of our content production over time.

I would highly prefer if you lived in the Jamaica Plain area. I have previously worked with someone who lived 30-minutes away from JP and it was not a good fit.

Workload:

15-hours per week

Salary: $450USD
