Overnight Transportation Coordinator

Looking to join a leader in the transportation industry and grow your experience? As a Dedicated Overnight Transportation Coordinator, your days will be dynamic and full of responsibility. You'll serve as a key liaison between our company, customers, and drivers.

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Salary: Starting at $60,000+ (negotiable based on experience)

Schedule: This is a revolving schedule - 4 days on, 4 days off, 2:00 pm to Midnight

The Job

Your tasks will include responding to inquiries, scheduling drivers, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the night. Whether it's data entry, problem-solving, or communicating updates to customers, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Representing the company with professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

Handling customer and driver inquiries with promptness and efficiency, even during evenings and weekends.

Scheduling and directing drivers as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Data entry and processing of orders and driver assignments.

Problem-solving to keep freight moving and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborating with other transportation staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry, preferred

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows-based software

Excellent communication skills and ability to deescalate intense situations

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
