We need you! Are you a Service Back looking for a great opportunity? If you have a passion for fine dining and want to join a rewarding team with experience, longevity, and community connection then the Compound restaurant is the right place. We are looking for motivated Service Backs Tuesday through Saturday, 3 to 5 days a week. We need team players with a strong work ethic who thrive in a fast-paced service environment while providing a superior customer experience through kindness, care, and connection.
