General Laborer/Apartment Maintenance

A locally based property management company has an opening for a laborer position.

The Basics:

> Have strong communication skills and be customer oriented

> Work well as part of a team as well as independently

> Are capable of taking instruction over the phone and in person and able to use instruction to complete tasks successfully

> Are motivated and a self-starter

> Are detail oriented and organized

> Are trustworthy and have good ethics

> Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where every day is a new challenge

The Job:

> Trash out apartments

> Basic household cleaning including floors, carpets, and amenities

> Lawncare including trash pickup, trimming, and mowing

> Work with maintenance personnel to flip apartments

Applicant must have good driving history, current driver’s license, adequate transportation to be able to drive to multiple locations throughout the day, agree to install company required apps on personal phone with a data plan, and agree to be on call 24/7 for emergencies.
