We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Laundromat Attendant.

Job Description:

As a Laundromat Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing exceptional service to our customers. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting customers with laundry-related inquiries and providing guidance on machine operation.

Processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records.

Monitoring machines to ensure they are functioning properly and promptly addressing any issues that arise.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the laundromat, including regularly cleaning machines, folding tables, and other areas.

Sorting and folding laundry as needed.

Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning lint traps and checking for any potential safety hazards.

Upholding our company's standards for customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail.

Basic math skills for processing payments.

Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
